TILE MOVEMENT
The tile expeller can have different functions:
Temperature Control: reads the temperature of the piece, when the temperature is outside the set range the machine automatically discards the piece.
Piece dimensional control: a length in bits is assigned to the piece. The machine uses three photocells to detect the length, and if it is less than the set length, the machine ejects the piece.
Relay picking: after the digital machines or at the end of the line the machine picks up the pieces from the line, the tiles rest on the roller conveyor at the side of the line, thus making it easier for the operator to pick up the pieces for tests.
Combined with quality control machines, it receives a signal when the tiles have defects and automatically rejects them.
